This project was complete interior and partial exterior renovation of the Learning and Resource Center, Building 61 at Northern Arizona University. The 17,700 SF building was originally completed in 1972 served as a library and special collections space. The project included extensive architectural renovation to create more modern, open, and collaborative spaces. The second phase of the project included extensive renovation and replacement of the mechanical infrastructure system. The project is ongoing, with Caliente providing design-build services to replace the pneumatic controls with digital controls that will tie into the building automation system.
