Caliente is constructing the new clubhouse and site amenities at Ovation at Meridian, a 55-plus community by Lyon Homes in Queen Creek, AZ.
The clubhouse is 14,000+ sf. Features include a great room with a fireplace and demonstration kitchen, banquet room, arts and crafts room, a library and group exercise, cardio and locker rooms. The 7-acre site offers the ultimate in outdoor living.
It will feature lush landscaping surrounding bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts and a 3,700sf pool with ramadas, private cabanas, a firepit and water feature.
