Caliente oversees installation of a new CTX building at Usery Mountain Park. Made of precast cement, the CTX building is becoming the standard for parks as it comes complete and ready to install on a foundation and connect to existing utilities. This project, completed under our Job Order Contract with Maricopa County Parks and Rec included building up the foundation, expansion of the ET septic bed and bringing electrical and sewer lines to the foundation.
