Caliente Construction continues it’s successful relationship with the City of Chandler, as it has been awarded the Phase Two Contract at the Public Safety Training Center, with work scheduled to begin in early Spring, 2019.
The $11M contract was awarded to Caliente Construction, Inc. as an extension to the completed Phase One project that commenced earlier this year. The City of Chandler is excited to have a space where the fire and police departments can come together to collaborate better together. The public was invited to take a tour and celebrate as a community at the facility’s grand opening on August 9th.
The new facility provides valuable training for both departments, with additional resources available in Phase Two.
Phase Two work includes indoor weapons firing ranges and range support spaces along with a multi-purpose/indoor training building with a Fire Department classroom, lockers and showers, equipment storage and shop spaces, according to the Invitation to Bid.
This facility is located at 3550 S. Dobson Road in Chandler, AZ.
