During Women in History Month Caliente was excited to kick off Women in Construction Week with our annual appreciation lunch. Nationally, women make up only 9.9% of the national construction workforce and Caliente is proud to say that 29% of our employees are women! As significant contributors to our woman-owned company, they hold management, accounting, administration, marketing, and estimating positions. In operation, we have female project engineers, assistant project managers, project managers, and senior project managers.
