Total Square Footage: 9,400 SF

This 2-phased project consisted of demolition and structural upgrades to the lower level/basement, renovation and build-out of the new multipurpose and demonstration room on the main level, and relocation of the new art room to the upper level.

The first phase included structural upgrades to a portion of the lower level basement area totaling 2800 SF which required the removal of existing wood columns and beams which extended through and supported the main level and replacing them with steel columns and beams.

The second phase consisted of demolition, renovation and build-out of an area on the main level for the new 2800 SF multipurpose room, the conversion of the 1900 SF former art room into a demonstration room, and the relocation of the art room to the upper level.
