Complete partially completed building and new construction of building improvements. The building features a large worship gathering space, rooms on the upper level, an open courtyard, verandas, a kitchen and dining hall in the lower level (basement).Scope of work also included M/E/P systems, doors and hardware, kitchen, structural concrete decks, utilities to building, and flooring. Demolition of existing building and construction of new parking lot, hardscape, and landscape. Additional work consisted of extensive structural, waterproofing and landscape repairs to upper deck to eliminate damage to the below ground mechanical room.
