This was a two-phased project consisting of demolition and new construction, alterations, and remodeling to complete structural and concrete repairs to the two-level underground parking garage and plaza.  The building was continuously occupied during all phases of equipment replacement. All work was completed prior to building shutdown to minimize building downtime.
