Total Square Footage: 4,500 SF

Design and construction of a new 4,500 SF building. This facility includes: a skills practice lab, an exam room, two hospital simulation suites, control center, debriefing room and offices. Construction consisted of concrete slab-on-grade with exterior concrete masonry and CMU walls, structural steel canopy and a built-up foam roof on corrugated metal decking supported by structural steel beams and trusses.
