New construction of eat-in and carry-out restaurant with 2 full commercial kitchens. Interior includes exposed stained wood ceilings, high-end custom handmade bar, and décor features. Full kitchens with all stainless-steel walls and sinks, 4 pizza ovens, 6 stove and oven combos ansul fire systems, dish washing machines, and ice machines. There is an approximately 600 SF patio bar with mist systems and infrared heaters.

A separate 800 SF take-out building with full kitchen including pizza over, stove and oven combo with fire ansul system freezer and refrigerator storage.
