Renovation of a local neighborhood market and restaurant, specialty foods retailer, coffee bar and gourmet pizza stand. Renovation consisted of 2,500 SF of existing historic brick building and new construction of a 4,000 SF addition consisting of exposed masonry and wood framing. Work includes full scale kitchen, serving line, coffee café, pizza café, indoor and outdoor dining areas and specialty products retail space. The second floor will house administrative offices. The project was completed in a very restricted area with 2 other contractors performing site, street and utility work at the same time.
