Full gut and renovation of an existing 1,600 SF building on the Glendale Community College campus. Construction of new 2,500 SF addition. All new fixtures and finishes. New LED lighting package, new underground plumbing, new mechanical and building controls new electrical service to distribution panel, high efficiency glazing.

Work also included major drainage improvements: added a drywell and several trench drains.
