Construction of a new 5,000 SF 4-bay masonry fire station located on a 3-acre sloped parcel in Northern AZ. Design and construction for this project followed required LEED principles of sustainability. Fire station features include administrative offices, kitchen, restrooms, triage room, decontamination and turn-out rooms, 3 dormitories, laundry, full bathroom, fire chief’s office & kitchen, commercial kitchen, and living and dining spaces. A backup, standby generator was installed to service both the existing temporary and new fire station.
