Demolition and conversion of an existing 1,900 SF classroom and adjacent office space into a new bio lab. Modifications of the M/E/P and fire alarm were completed. Scope also included remodel of 4 restrooms (2 sets of men’s and women’s) in the Montezuma Building and replacement 14 VAV units as well as upgrades to associated equipment.
