Completion of Wagoner Plaza I is the first phase of the City of Peoria’s Commercial Rehabilitation Program. The project consisted of exterior renovation to Wagoner I Plaza building facades and site improvements and signage.
This contemporary specialty retail space of 5,700 SF consists of custom-radius soffits, high-end contemporary finishes and all associated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Audio Visual & Security systems. It includes: a retail area, bike-build area, bike and rider analysis room, endless-pool training and stroke analysis room; fitting rooms, restrooms, showers, break-room & storage room.
This structure was originally built in the 1930 and served as a grocery store for many years. Renovation of the 2,500 SF building and a 4,000 SF addition transformed this building into a casual, modern experience which still retains many of the building’s original feature. The restaurant includes a coffee bar, wood fired pizza oven, indoor and outdoor dining spaces and administrative offices. A truly unique feature, are the restrooms which are in the running for America’s Best Restroom. Check it out! http://www.bestrestroom.com/us/vote.asp
